We are a Fund Services firm located in Central . We are looking for a part-time clerk / Assistant to support our team for daily operation.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in reception duties, courier and mail arrangement, and stationary order.
- To be responsible for data entry, prepare letters for mails, document filing and maintain filing systems.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to team & manager
- Assist in ad-hoc job assignments
- Some outdoor work are required.

Requirements:

- Secondary 5 or above;
- 2 Year(s) Experience Required; Fluent Cantonese, English;
- Fair Putonghua;
- Able to read & write Chinese and simple English letter;
- MS Word; MS Excel; Chinese Typing;
- Willing to learn, well organized, diligent and high accuracy at work

Employment Terms: $50.00 - $80.00 per hour (negotiable for a fixed monthly salary),

Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week, Flexible working hours about 8 working hours per day
